Since each copper item made is unique, "one-of-a-kind," and cannot be duplicated, all sales are considered final. Every effort has been taken to show the true colors of the copper and wood pieces using high-quality photographic equipment, however, different lighting types, different computer monitors, etc. may alter the colors slightly. Please take extra care when selecting your item based on the photo(s) in the online store. Damaged Merchandise:
All art is thoroughly inspected before shipping; therefore our customers rarely, if ever, receive damaged merchandise. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within three (3) days of delivery and attach a photo of the damaged piece. We will gladly replace your art work with another unique item from the store.
